3 min reading timeI discovered SnapEngage 12 days ago. I sampled the app with its 15-day free trial (affiliate link) and bought a year’s subscription 30 minutes ago.
I have a new prospect (we have a signed non-disclosure agreement) among other opportunities that would not have happened without this fantastic Web conversion tool.
Visitors are prompted after 15 seconds (when I am online) with a chat window, “How may I help you?” If s/he answers, a message from “Visitor 1” is sent to me on Skype (no new software needed). If s/he closes the box, I get no message and no interruption.
I had it live for under an hour before I converted a visitor.
